Petit Four Class

Our class work from an awesome petit four class. These are mini chocolate cakes filled with lemon curd (at which point I wrinkled my nose) but the instructor made me try it anyway. WONDERFUL! They're surrounded by a white chocolate coating and fondant paisleys and dusted with pearl powder. They're still sitting on the counter. I won't let anyone touch them...
